Hi there, This is indeed a fortunate day for you. I have spent years on my spiritual development journey. Workshops, TM meditation and eventually became a siddha - Yogic flying was part of the process, then NZ Co-ordinator for Ascension, Theosophical Society became a vehicle for service, but, most of all 21 years of teaching teenagers and including guided visualisation (ie the meditative process) as part of some lessons.
I loved my life and the blessings it brought to me. But then my beloved husband was killed in an accident and I fell into what I can only describe as "anaesthetic" as I functioned on remote control in my career and carried on in survival mode for the next seven years. The stress became so great that it began to affect my health and so I retired early.
Prior to my husband's death I had met Robert at an Expo - quite by accident - I had walked into the hall where he was speaking. Tears were falling in the audience, I sat down, and in response to the music my tears fell and I released the last of the pain from my brother's suicide some 25 years earlier. Robert has a heavenly blessing. He is able to provide a safe haven where energy blockages can be released with your Higher Self allowing your needs to be met. I didn't see him again until some nine years later.
I attended his workshop in Nelson - his creativity using music, the energetic links with the participants immersing themselves in listening, writing, drawing and movement as they expressed their inner needs allowed the blockages to move and I observed the profound healing which took place.
I have attended two 2-day workshops and two 1-day workshops with Robert. I continue to be amazed at the power of this gentle process with things coming forward to be released that I had no conscious awareness that they were still trapped in my body, and actually controlled my existence. My life has blossomed and I am grateful that pain and distress are going, major emotional healing has been achieved and I now move forward with surety with the confidence of one who has been gently nurtured and knows who she is.
I have a deep and lasting respect for Robert.
The greatest gift one can give oneself is the opportunity to be free. Take that step, attend his workshops, you won't regret it. Become who you were meant to be. Helen, Palmerston North, NZ 2010/11
Hi Robert, I got so much out of the recent workshop you held in Feilding, thankyou. When I review the day, I can clearly see and understand the pictures I drew and what they mean to me. I look forward to the next time you hold a workshop in Feilding. Richard, Whanganui, 2011
March 2011 ~ I thank you for a wonderful, powerful weekend. It was what I needed. Love and light, M. Palmerston North, Manawatu, 2011
'Going to Robert's workshops has to be a wholly indulgent day for yourself, where you give up the pretenses and the false face and allow the true you to be fully present. Robert creates a very safe place for you to feel vulnerable in, where there is no judgement, only nurture. Where you are allowed to say how you feel 'to the centre' (a sacred space created by Robert) and know that there is an acceptance of who you are. As you create a cocoon of your own amongst others, it becomes your sacred space of travel where you listen to music, some you just can't bear, and draw and write and free dance your feeling. Even how you draw is no concern to anyone, as it is about your discovery within a group of people on a similar journey. Robert's workshops give you room to make that journey with all its highs and lows, with a comfort blanket of love.' Linda and Peter Woodgate Motueka Sth Island NZ www.arcadiaorganics.co.nz
‘my memory of this workshop in Timaru was getting Paul up to be able to move to the music (he was in leg braces after a very bad fall and back injury) he trusted me enough to just have hold of my little fingers, close his eyes and sway and move without fear; there was not a dry eye in the workshop. I felt very honoured to be in his company that day.' Robert James Haywood, your presenter
'I attended Robert's workshop and found that it helped me immensely, as I was able to deal with things I had not dealt with before going to that workshop. I thought I had dealt with all the issues, but found that I had only buried them deep in my conscious. Robert helped me build a bridge and get over it.' 'I attended Robert's workshop with little idea of the format or why I was going, except that it felt right to do so - probably the best reason to do anything. Having run my own workshops for many years I was, of course, looking with a critical eye at his content and format. At the start, there seemed to be little content or format - Robert was very laid back but, somehow, I felt very safe in his presence. Within minutes I felt the group relax into his gentle and compassionate ways. The workshop was a gentle romp through openmindedness and, through it, I recontacted the artist and poet within and I found it difficult to stop expressing myself in words and images, many of which surprised and delighted me. I came away with a new found enthusiasm for the gifts I had been given by my Creator, and for a great appreciation for Robert - a big man with a big heart.'
